| dc.description.abstract | Indonesia menguasai sekitar 95% pasar minyak nilam dunia dengan volume
ekspor 1.200 – 1.500 ton/tahun. Perkembangan zaman menyebabkan kebutuhan
minyak nilam meningkat, sehingga perlu adanya teknik budidaya untuk
memaksimalkan hasil produksi minyak nilam diantaranya yaitu dengan
memperhatikan cara dan umur panen tanaman nilam ratun. Penelitian bertujuan
menganalisis pengaruh tinggi dan umur panen terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi
minyak nilam ratun. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Januari sampai Juli 2023 di Desa
Padahurip, Kabupaten Kuningan. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan
Split-Blok dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama tinggi panen (10 cm, 20
cm, 30 cm di atas permukaan tanah) dan faktor kedua umur panen (2 bulan setelah
panen (BSP), 3 BSP, 4 BSP). Perlakuan tinggi panen 10 cm menghasilkan bobot
dan rendemen minyak yang paling tinggi pada panen tanaman baru. Perlakuan
tinggi panen 30 cm pada umur panen 4 BSP menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yang tinggi
pada hampir semua variabel pertumbuhan tanaman nilam ratun kedua yang diamati.
Hasil panen nilam ratun pertama menunjukkan bahwa bobot minyak paling tinggi
yaitu pada interaksi perlakuan tinggi panen 20 cm dan umur panen 4 BSP dengan
nilai 0,40 gram/tanaman. Hasil rendemen minyak paling tinggi yaitu pada
perlakuan tinggi panen 30 cm dan pada perlakuan umur panen 4 BSP dengan nilai
masing-masing yaitu 1,35% dan 1,55% dari bobot kering. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Indonesia controls about 95% of the world patchouli oil market with an
export volume of 1,200 - 1,500 tons/year. The development of the times causes the
need for patchouli oil to increase, so it is necessary to have cultivation techniques
to maximize the production of patchouli oil, including by paying attention to the
method and age of harvest ratoon patchouli plants. The study aims to analyze the
effect of harvest height and age on the growth and oil production of ratoon
patchouli. The research began from January to July 2023 in Padahurip Village,
Kuningan Regency. The experimental design used a Split-Block Design with 2
factors and 3 replications. The first factor is harvest height (10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm
above ground level) and the second factor is harvest rotation (2 months after
harvest (MAH), 3 MAH, 4 MAH). The 10 cm harvest height treatment produced the
highest weight and oil yield in the first harvest. The 30 cm harvest height treatment
at harvest age 4 MAH showed high average values in almost all of the observed
growth variables of the second ratoon patchouli plant. The results of the first ratoon
patchouli harvest showed that the highest oil weight was in the interaction of the
20 cm harvest height treatment and the harvest age of 4 MAH with a value of 0.40
grams / plant. The highest oil yield was in the 30 cm harvest height treatment and
the 4 MAH harvest age treatment with the respective values of 1.35% and 1.55% of
