Aglaonema Siam Aurora termasuk jenis Aglaonema berdaya tarik tinggi karena motif daunnya unik seperti bibir diberi lipstik. Budidaya Aglaonema perlu dioptimalkan dengan melakukan perbanyakan. Penelitian bertujuan mempelajari konsentrasi optimum indole butyric acid (IBA) dan kombinasi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk Aglaonema Siam Aurora. Penelitian dilakukan di Mekar Hurip Nursery, Kabupaten Bogor bulan Februari-Juli 2023. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan faktorial RKLT. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi IBA empat taraf yaitu 0 ppm (B0), 250 ppm (B1), 300 ppm (B2), 350 ppm (B3). Faktor kedua adalah kombinasi media tanam tiga taraf yaitu kompos daun bambu : sekam
bakar : fermentasi sekam mentah 3:1:1 (M1), pasir malang : sekam bakar : fermentasi sekam mentah 3:1:1 (M2), cocopeat : sekam bakar : fermentasi sekam mentah 3:1:1 (M3). Percobaan terdiri dari 12 kombinasi perlakuan, tiga ulangan. Satuan percobaan terdiri dari lima tanaman sehingga total terdapat 180 satuan amatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-F, perlakuan berbeda nyata diuji lanjut DMRT taraf α 5%. Pemberian IBA meningkatkan pertumbuhan panjang, lebar, luas daun, panjang tanaman, dan jumlah akar. Penggunaan media tanam dengan komposisi kompos daun bambu : sekam bakar : fermentasi sekam mentah 3:1:1 meningkatkan panjang, luas, dan jumlah daun serta jumlah dan panjang akar. Komposisi cocopeat : sekam bakar : fermentasi sekam mentah 3:1:1 meningkatkan jumlah akar, panjang, lebar, luas dan jumlah daun Aglaonema Siam Aurora. Aglaonema Siam Aurora is a type of Aglaonema with high attractiveness because of its unique leaf motif, like lips covered in lipstick. Aglaonema cultivation needs to be optimized by propagation. The aim of this research was to study the optimum concentration of indole butyric acid (IBA) and the combination of planting media on the growth of Aglaonema Siam Aurora shoot cuttings. The research was conducted at Mekar Hurip Nursery, Bogor Regency in February to July 2023. The study used a factorial RKLT design. The first factor was the concentration of indole butyric acid (IBA) at four levels: 0 ppm (B0), 250 ppm (B1), 300 ppm (B2), 350 ppm (B3). The second factor was a combination of planting media at three levels, namely: bamboo leaf compost : roasted husks : raw husks 3:1:1 (M1), poor sand :
roasted husks : raw husks 3:1:1 (M2), cocopeat : roasted husks : raw husks 3:1:1 (M3). The experiment consisted of 12 treatment combinations with three replications. The experimental unit consisted of five plants so that there were a total of 180 units of observation. Data were analyzed using the F-test and significantly different treatments were further tested with DMRT at 5% level. Giving IBA can
increase the growth of length, width, leaf area, plant length, and number of roots. The use of planting media with the composition of bamboo leaf compost: roasted husks: fermented raw husks 3:1:1 increased the length, area and number of leaves as well as the number and length of roots. The composition of cocopeat : roasted husks : fermented raw husks 3:1:1 increased the number of roots, length, width, area and number of leaves of Aglaonema Siam Aurora.
