dc.description.abstractPengelolaan manajemen ketenagakerjaan menjadi salah satu kunci utama keberhasilan dalam mengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan di PT. Inti Indosawit Subur, Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga bulan Mei 2023. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan secara langsung di lapangan sebagai pekerja harian lepas (PHL), pendamping mandor, dan pendamping asisten untuk mempelajari aspek teknis dan manajerial. Manajemen tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu aspek khusus yang diamati penulis dalam kegiatan magang berlangsung. Dalam perusahaan perkebunan, tenaga kerja panen menjadi faktor utama yang dapat menentukan kualitas serta kuantitas produksi yang diperoleh perusahaan perkebunan. Aspek khusus yang diamati yakni adanya pengorganisasian tenaga kerja, prestasi kerja, disiplin dan kualitas kerja dan penerapan Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO). Perusahaan menerapkan prinsip dan kriteria ISPO dalam perkebunan yakni pada nomor 5 tentang tanggung jawab tenaga kerja. PT. Inti Indosawit Subur terdiri dari karyawan staf dan non staf. Tingkat kehadiran di Afdeling 1 sudah memenuhi standar dan kualitas kerja panen. Pengelola kebun memberikan sistem pengupahan bukan hanya berupa uang namun juga dalam berupa bahan baku. Perusahaan kebun menyediakan alat pelindung diri (APD) layak pakai dan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana untuk kesejahteraan dan Kesehatan pekerja.id
