      Strategi Pengembangan Produk Ecobrick Berbasis Masyarakat di Desa Cibanteng, Kabupaten Bogor: Mitigasi Sampah Plastik Kemasan

      Abstract
      Masyarakat Kampung Kebon Kopi RW 10 yang berada di Desa Cibanteng memproduksi sampah anorganik sebanyak 14.743,96 kg per tahun, dimana 26% dari total sampah tersebut merupakan sampah plastik kemasan. Upaya pengelolaan sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan sampah plastik kemasan untuk diolah menjadi produk ecobrick. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik kemasan di Desa Cibanteng, menganalisis segmentasi pasar dan potensi sampah yang terkelola pada produk ecobrick, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangan produk ecobrick. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, CVM, analisis cluster, dan analisis AHP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik kemasan cenderung tinggi dengan persentase lebih dari 60%. Didapatkan juga rata-rata WTA untuk memilah, mencuci, dan memotong sebesar Rp 8.914/kg, untuk memilah dan mencuci sebesar Rp 1.583/kg, dan untuk hanya memilah sebesar Rp 750/kg. Dalam segmentasi pasar produk ecobrick, terdapat tiga segmen yang meliputi toko bantal, toko souvenir, dan kafe dengan acuan penentuan yang didasarkan pada karakteristik produk dan psikografis. Kegiatan pemanfaatan sampah plastik menjadi produk ecobrick dapat mengelola 2.462,40 kg/tahun dari total timbulan sampah plastik kemasan 3.833,42 kg/tahun. Berdasarkan strategi pengembangan produk ecobrick, kriteria prioritas dalam pengelolaannya adalah peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dengan bobot sebesar 0,66.
       
      The community of Kampung Kebon Kopi RW 10, located in Cibanteng Village, produces 14,743.96 kg of inorganic waste per year, where 26% of the total waste consists of plastic packaging waste. The community has made efforts to manage this by using the plastic packaging waste to be processed into ecobrick products. This study aims to analyze the utilization and the community participation level in managing plastic packaging waste in Cibanteng Village, analyze the market segmentation and potential waste managed in the ecobrick product, as well as to analyze the ecobrick product development strategy. The methods used include quantitative descriptive analysis, CVM, cluster analysis, and AHP analysis. The results of this study indicate a high level of community participation in managing plastic packaging waste, with a percentage over 60%. It was also found that the average WTA to sort, wash, and cut was Rp 8,914/kg, to sort and wash was Rp 1,583/kg, and just to sort was Rp 750/kg. In the market segmentation of ecobrick products, there are three segments that include pillow stores, souvenir shops, and cafes, with the determining reference based on product characteristics and psychographics. The activity of utilizing plastic waste into ecobrick products can manage 2,462.40 kg/year of the total plastic packaging waste of 3,833.42 kg/year. Based on the ecobrick product development strategy, the priority criteria in its management are improving the community's economy with a weight of 0.66.
