The majority of paddy fields in Indonesia have irregular and non-uniform plot shapes and sizes resulting in a decrease in the economic value of rice. Land consolidation activities can increase land productivity and the economic value of rice. This research was conducted to plan the consolidation of paddy fields and analyze existing agricultural infrastructure in the village of Bojongpicung District, Cianjur Regency. The analysis was carried out by digitizing rice field plots and testing the uniformity of plot sizes and analyzing the existing agricultural infrastructure. The results showed that the number of plots was 11,972 plots with an average plot size of 0.035 ha. The shape of the tiles varies and 60% is square. The overall plot uniformity index was 2.23%. From a planning perspective, the potential for consolidation is at a fairly successful level. Agricultural infrastructure in the existing condition of farm roads and irrigation canals is still not good, so rehabilitation is required according to existing standards.id
