Manfaat Ekonomi dan Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Alam Pantai Goa Cemara Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Abstract
Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penggerak perekonomian bagi
masyarakat sekitar kawasan wisata. Suatu kawasan wisata dapat memberikan
dampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk 1) mengidentifikasi persepsi wisatawan, pelaku usaha, dan tenaga kerja
terhadap kondisi wisata alam Pantai Goa Cemara; 2) mengestimasi manfaat
ekonomi dari keberadaan wisata alam Pantai Goa Cemara; dan 3) menganalisis
rekomendasi pengembangan wisata alam Pantai Goa Cemara. Metode yang
digunakan yakni skala Likert, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan, pelaku usaha, dan tenaga kerja
setuju atau memiliki persepsi positif terhadap kondisi wisata alam Pantai Goa
Cemara. Manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh pelaku usaha berupa share pendapatan
sebesar 83,58% dengan rataan pendapatan dari sektor wisata sebesar Rp48.156.000
per tahun dan covering pengeluaran sebesar 164,15%. Tenaga kerja memperoleh
manfaat ekonomi berupa share pendapatan sebesar 49,50% dengan rataan
pendapatan dari sektor wisata sebesar Rp12.448.000 per tahun dan covering
pengeluaran sebesar 78,47%. Rekomendasi pengembangan wisata alam Pantai Goa
Cemara yaitu meningkatkan kenyamanan wisatawan, menambah fasilitas untuk
menunjang kegiatan wisata, meningkatan SDM tenaga kerja dan pelaku usaha,
menambah atraksi wisata, meningkatkan promosi, dan menyelenggarakan event event wisata. Tourism was one of the sectors that drove the economy for the communities around
tourist areas. A tourist destination could had a positive impact on the local economy.
This studied aims to 1) identified the perceptions of tourists, businesses, and
workers towards the conditions of goa cemara beach as a natural tourist destination;
2) estimate the economic benefits of the existence of goa cemara beach as a natural
tourist destination; and 3) analyze the development recommendations for goa
cemara beach as a natural tourist destination. The methods used include likert scale,
income analysis, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The researched results
showed that tourists, businesses, and workers agreed or had a positive perception
of the conditions at goa cemara beach as a natural tourist destination. The economic
benefits obtained by businesses include an 83,58% shared of revenue with an
average income from the tourism sector of Rp48.156.000 per year and an
expenditure covering ratio of 164,15%. Workers received economic benefits in the
form of a 49,50% shared of revenue, with an average income from the tourism
sector of Rp12.448.000 per year and an expenditure covering ratio of 78,47%.
Recommendations for the development strategies of Goa Cemara beach as a natural
tourist destination include increasing tourist comfort, improving the skills of the
workforce dan entrepreneurs, adding tourist attractions, enhancing promotion, and
organizing tourism events.
