      Abstract

Sukabumi is categorized as a disaster-prone area which is crossed by the Cimandiri Fault causing an earthquake which can cause a further disaster in the form of a tsunami with a predicted height of up to 20 meters. The research aims to determine the area and land cover affected, the number of affected people, and the necessary mitigation plans. The impact calculation was carried out by modeling the inundation of the tsunami run-up heights of 10m, 15m and 20m. Inundation modeling is also used to determine the number of people affected by the InaSafe and QGIS applications. Information from InaSafe is used for planning shelter locations that can meet the capacity and reach of tsunami-affected residents. The results of the inundation modeling show that 9 Sukabumi sub-districts are affected with a total area for the run-up height scenario of 10m, 15m and 20m, respectively 6781.08 ha, 9703.75 ha and 12609.24 ha respectively. There are eight types of affected land cover with economic losses reaching Rp. 3,158,526,457,779. The number of people affected from the three inundation modeling scenarios reached 135,100 people so that the mitigation plan obtained a total 81 location of emergency shelter locations with 432 evacuation route routes.
