The condition of the Cisadane watershed requires attention due to high fluctuations in discharge between the rainy season and the dry season. The purpose of this research is to analyze discharge in the Upper Cisadane Sub-watershed area using a modified SWAT program. Alternative analysis of Cisadane watershed management planning can use SWAT. SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tools) is a hydrological model that is intended to analyze the influence of land management on discharge, sedimentation, and water quality in a watershed. Selection of the type of model is needed to determine the model that best suits the condition of the watershed. Adjustments are needed with climatic and hydrological conditions according to the research location. The pothole is a modified cone of the SWAT program on the SWAT model that has been developed. The maximum and minimum discharge results using a modified SWAT are 395.59 m3/second and 15.89 m3/second. Evaluation of the model uses the coefficient of determination (R²) and Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) parameters. The original model produces NSE and R² values respectively, namely 0.414 and 0.586. The pothole model produces NSE and R² values respectively, namely 0.639 and 0.706. Then, the modified SWAT model produces NSE and R² values sequentially, namely 0.790 and 0.769.id
