      Abstract
      PPKS (Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit) Medan merupakan unit kerja dari PT. Riset Perkebunan Nusantara yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Holding PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan penilaian pada gedung PPKS Medan berdasarkan kriteria greenship rating tools untuk bangunan terbangun versi 1.1 dan membandingkan kenyamanan ruang menggunakan simulasi Ecotect Analysis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2023 hingga Mei 2023. Hasil assessment kategori energy efficiency and conservation (EEC) menunjukkan bahwa gedung PPKS telah memenuhi 8.3% dari kriteria greenship atau mendapatkan 3 dari 36 poin. Hasil assessment kategori indoor health and comfort (IHC) menunjukkan bahwa gedung PPKS telah memenuhi 40% dari kriteria greenship atau mendapatkan 8 dari 20 poin. Pengukuran pada 12 ruang PPKS Medan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata suhu sebesar 23,30 ℃, kelembaban relatif sebesar 56,39 %, kebisingan sebesar 52,55 dB(A) yang memenuhi standar, dan intensitas cahaya sebesar 201,38 lux yang tidak memenuhi standar. Simulasi software Ecotect Analysis menghasilkan intensitas cahaya yang lebih baik dengan nilai antara 180-684 lux dibandingkan pengukuran langsung antara 158,82-247,73 lux, dikarenakan analisis simulasi mengganti bahan material kaca dan jendela dengan single glazed alumunium frame blind sehingga Gedung PPKS Medan dapat memenuhi standar kenyamanan visual.
       
      PPKS (Palm Oil Research Center) Medan is a work unit of PT. Nusantara Plantation Research which is a subsidiary of Holding PT. Nusantara Plantation III (Persero). This research was conducted to provide an assessment of the PPKS Medan building based on the greenship rating tools criteria for built buildings version 1.1 and to compare the comfort of space using Ecotect Analysis simulations. This research was conducted from February 2023 to May 2023. The results of the assessment for the energy efficiency and conservation (EEC) category showed that the PPKS building fulfilled 8.3% of the greenship criteria or got 3 out of 36 points. The results of the assessment for the indoor health and comfort (IHC) category showed that the PPKS building met 40% of the greenship criteria or got 8 out of 20 points. Measurements in 12 PPKS Medan rooms obtained an average temperature value of 23.30 ℃, relative humidity of 56.39 %, noise of 52.55 dB(A) which met the standards, and light intensity of 201.38 lux which did not meet the standards. standard. The Ecotect Analysis software simulation produces better light intensity with values between 180-684 lux compared to direct measurements between 158.82-247.73 lux, because the simulation analysis replaces glass and window materials with single glazed aluminum frame blinds so that the Medan PPKS Building can meet visual comfort standards.
