      Kandungan Mikroplastik pada Saluran Pencernaan Ikan Hasil Tangkapan di Waduk Jatigede, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat

      Abstract
      Waduk Jatigede adalah perairan tergenang yang menampung massa air dan material yang terbawa aliran Sungai Cimanuk, seperti nutrien, sedimen, dan sampah yang di dalamnya termasuk mikroplastik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan mikroplastik yang ditemukan dalam saluran pencernaan ikan tangkapan di Waduk Jatigede, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Pengamatan mikroplastik dilakukan pada lambung dan usus ikan melalui tahapan pengamatan kebiasaan makan ikan, ekstraksi, yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis FTIR untuk mengetahui keberadaan, kelimpahan, dan jenis polimer. Data diolah menggunakan Ms. Excel dan program R. Mikroplastik telah ada dalam saluran pencernaan pada setiap spesies ikan yang dianalisis. Kelimpahan mikroplastik terbesar dijumpai pada spesies Hemibagrus nemurus yang merupakan ikan karnivora, sebanyak 40 partikel/gram. Serat berwarna biru dan polimer nilon memiliki proporsi terbesar.
       
      The Jatigede Reservoir is a reservoir of stagnant water that holds masses of water and materials carried by the Cimanuk River's flow, such as nutrients, sediments, and waste, including microplastics. The goal of this study was to find microplastics in the digestive tracts of fish taken in the Jatigede Reservoir in Sumedang Regency, West Java. Microplastic observations have been collected in fish stomachs and intestines by examining fish eating behaviors, extraction, and FTIR analysis to assess the presence, amount, and kind of polymer. Data was processed using Microsoft Excel and R software. Microplastics were found in the digestive tracts of all of the fish species examined. The species Hemibagrus nemurus, a predatory fish, has the highest concentration of microplastics, with as much as 40 particles per gram. Blue-colored fibers and nylon polymers have the largest proportion.
