      Identifikasi Penyakit Tanaman dengan Agen Penyebabnya (Patogen) Berdasarkan Analisis Graf Pengetahuan

      Abstract
      Usaha pertanian tidak terlepas dari gangguan penyakit tanaman. Proses terjadinya penyakit tanaman disebabkan adanya interaksi antara agen penyebab penyakit, tanaman sebagai inang, dan faktor lingkungan yang mendukung. Beragamnya jenis tanaman yang ada di Indonesia, menyebabkan semakin banyaknya data penyakit yang harus dikumpulkan. Banyaknya informasi yang harus kelola menyebabkan kurang efektifnya penggunaan basis data relasional. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan ontologi penyakit tanaman. Ontologi merupakan model pengetahuan yang mendefinisikan hubungan dan klasifikasi dari beberapa konsep dalam domain tertentu. Peneliti akan melakukan analisis pada graf pengetahuan Plant Disease Ontology untuk mengetahui bagaimana ontologi menyimpan data penyakit tanaman, mengetahui hubungan antara penyakit berdasarkan patogennya, serta mengidentifikasi patogen yang paling banyak menyebabkan penyakit pada tanaman dengan menggunakan perhitungan centrality pada setiap node patogen.
       
      Agricultural business is inseparable from plant disease disturbances. The process of occurrence of plant diseases is caused by interactions between diseasecausing agents, plants as hosts, and supporting environmental factors. The variety of plant species in Indonesia causes more disease data to be collected. The amount of information that must be managed causes the use of relational databases to be less effective. To overcome this, a plant disease ontology is needed. Ontology is a knowledge model that defines the relationship and classification of several concepts in a particular domain. Researchers will conduct an analysis of the Plant Disease Ontology knowledge graph to find out how the ontology stores data on plant diseases, determine the relationship between diseases based on their pathogens, and identify the pathogens that cause the most disease in plants by using centrality measure at each pathogen node.
