Dampak Ekonomi dan Strategi Adaptif Pengelolaan Wisata Kebun Raya Purwodadi Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terdampaknya aktivitas ekonomi pada sektor pariwisata dan salah satu objek wisata yang terdampak akibat Covid-19 adalah Kebun Raya Purwodadi. Setelah penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyakat (PPKM) wisata konservasi Kebun Raya Purwodadi kembali dibuka dengan penerapan pembatasan pengunjung sesuai protokol kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi persepsi wisatawan terhadap wisata Kebun Raya Purwodadi, (2) mengestimasi dampak ekonomi sebelum dan saat pandemi terhadap wisata Kebun Raya Purwodadi, dan (3) merumuskan strategi adaptif dalam pengelolaan wisata Kebun Raya Purwodadi pada kondisi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis skala Likert, analisis Multiplier Effect, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kondisi sarana dan prasarana kawasan Kebun Raya Purwodadi masih terbilang sangat baik saat sebelum dan sesudah pandemi. Nilai Keynesian Income Multiplier mengalami penurunan sebesar 5% yakni dari 0,22 pada sebelum pandemi menjadi 0,21 pada saat pandemi. Nilai Ratio Income Multiplier Tipe I mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar 2,89 pada sebelum pandemi dan 2,91 saat pandemi. Nilai Ratio Income Multiplier Tipe II juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,45 pada kondisi sebelum pandemi dan 3,55 pada saat pandemi. Pihak pengelola sudah melakukan strategi adaptif seperti penerapan protokol kesehatan dan penerapan aturan baru dalam pemakaian fasilitas, dan promosi wisata sebagai langkah pemulihan.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected economic activity in the tourism sector and one of the tourist attractions affected by Covid-19 is the Purwodadi Botanical Garden. After the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), the Purwodadi Botanical Garden conservation tour was reopened with the implementation of visitor restrictions according to the health protocols. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify tourist perceptions of Purwodadi Botanical Garden tourism, (2) to estimate the economic impact before and after the pandemic on Purwodadi Botanical Garden tourism, and (3) formulate adaptive strategies in the management of Purwodadi Botanical Garden tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic. The analytical methods used in this study are Likert scale analysis, Multiplier Effect analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results of this study stated that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure of the Purwodadi Botanical Garden area was still very good before and after the pandemic. The value of the Keynesian Income Multiplier decreased by 5% from 0.22 before the pandemic to 0.21 during the pandemic. The Value of the Income Multiplier Ratio Type I has increased by 2.89 before the pandemic and 2.91 during the pandemic. The value of the Income Multiplier Ratio Type II also increased by 3.45 in pre-pandemic conditions and 3.55 during the pandemic.The management has carried out adaptive strategies such as the implementation of health protocols and the implementation of new rules in the use of facilities, and tourism promotion as a recovery step.
