dc.description.abstractKacang hijau sebagai tanaman pangan legume ketiga terpenting di Indonesia memiliki produktivitas yang masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi beberapa galur kacang hijau IPB untuk karakter agronomi, periode panen, dan potensi produksinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2022. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dengan tiga ulangan menggunakan 20 genotipe F5 dan 5 genotipe pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genotipe berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap umur berbunga, umur matang polong pertama, umur panen pertama, umur panen terakhir, periode panen, tinggi tanaman, panjang rangkaian bunga, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong, panjang polong, dan bobot biji/tanaman, yang mengindikasikan adanya keragaman. Semua karakter memiliki nilai heritabilitas tergolong tinggi, kecuali panjang rangkaian bunga, jumlah cabang produktif, bobot polong, dan bobot biji per tanaman tergolong sedang. Dendrogram yang dihasilkan memperlihatkan adanya 12 kelompok utama pada tingkat kemiripan 66,67 %. Genotipe F5 VR10/V1-10, Lom2/129-43, Lom2/129-37, dan Lom2/129-2 terpilih sebagai kandidat galur berdasarkan karakter periode panen pendek (18-28 hari) dan hasil tinggi (11,3-15,4 g).id
dc.description.abstractMung bean, the third most important legume food crop in Indonesia, has low productivity. This study aims to evaluate several IPB mung bean lines for their agronomic characters, harvest period, and yield potential. This research was carried out at the Leuwikopo Experimental Field in March-May 2022. The research design was an randomized complete block design with three replications using 20 genotypes F5 and 5 control genotypes. The results showed that genotype had a very significant effect on flowering age, first mature pod emergence, first harvest age, last harvest age, harvest period, plant height, inflorescence length, number of productive branches, number of pods, pod length, and seed weight per plant. All characters had high heritability values, except for inflorescence length, number of productive branches, pod weight, and seed weight per plant which were classified as moderate. The resulting dendrogram showed 12 main groups at a similarity level of 66,67 %. Genotypes VR10/V1-10, Lom2/129-43, Lom2/129-37, and Lom2/129-2 were selected as candidate lines based on their short harvest period (18-28 days) and high yield (11,3-15,4 g).id
