dc.description.abstract | Artificial irradiation using Light Emitting Diode (LED) in plant cultivation systems has not been widely carried out, especially in fruit tree plants. Environmental modification using LEDs can increase the rate of plant growth and development through plant metabolism in producing secondary metabolites. This study aims to identify the secondary metabolite profiles of mango kasturi (Mangifera casturi Kosterm.) against different types of artificial light (LED) using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) analysis methods. The results of the GCMS analysis obtained 40 secondary metabolites including vitamin E, phytol, and neophytadiene. The results of the LCMS analysis found 5 groups of compounds such as phenylpropanoids, phenanthrenoids, fatty acids, flavonoids, and corrinoids. Further analysis was carried out using multivariate analysis in the form of Venn diagrams, heatmaps clustering analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and partial least square discriminant analysis (PLSDA). | id |
