dc.description.abstract | Perusahaan sebagai aktor pembangunan ekonomi harus dapat berkontribusi bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta lingkungan sekitarnya, melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) salah satu perusahaan yang telah melaksanakan program ini yaitu PT Aqua Golden Mississipi yang berlokasi di Desa Babakan Pari, Kecamatan Cidahu, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Perusahaan besar tentunya dapat mengoptimalkan bantuan sosialnya untuk dapat membantu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) menganalisis persepsi masyarakat penerima manfaat terhadap efektivitas program CSR ECODEV PT Aqua Golden Mississipi, (2) menganalisis pendapatan rumah tangga sebelum dan sesudah menerima program CSR ECODEV PT Aqua Golden Mississipi, (3) menganalisis kesejahteraan rumah tangga penerima manfaat program CSR ECODEV PT Aqua Golden Mississipi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di desa binaan sebagai tempat pelaksanaan program ECODEV. Metode yang digunakan adalah skala likert, analisis pendapatan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga dengan pendekatan Sajogyo (1997) dan World Bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa indeks persepsi anggota kelompok binaan CSR menyatakan program CSR ECODEV PT Aqua Golden Mississipi adalah efektif. Pendapatan rumah tangga anggota mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti program CSR ECODEV yang berasal dari pendapatan usaha utama. Nilai pengeluaran anggota berada diatas kriteria kesejahteraan oleh karena itu, mayoritas rumah tangga anggota penerima program tergolong dalam kategori rumah tangga tidak miskin. | id |
dc.description.abstract | The Company as actors of economic development must be able to contribute to improving the welfare of the community and the surrounding environment, through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. One of the companies that has implemented this program, namely PT Aqua Golden Mississippi, is located in Babakan Pari Village, Cidahu District, Sukabumi Regency. Large companies can of course optimize their social assistance to be able to help improve the economy of the community around the company. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the beneficiary community's perception of the effectiveness of PT Aqua Golden Mississippi's ECODEV CSR program, (2) to analyze household income before and after receiving PT Aqua Golden Mississippi's ECODEV CSR program,
(3) to analyze the welfare of beneficiary households. PT Aqua Golden Mississippi's ECODEV CSR program. The research was carried out in the assisted villages as the place for the ECODEV program to be implemented. The method used is a Likert scale, analysis of household income and expenditure with the approach of Sajogyo (1997) and the World Bank. The results showed that the perception index of the members of the CSR assisted group stated that PT Aqua Golden Mississippi's ECODEV CSR program was effective. Member household income has increased after participating in the ECODEV CSR program which comes from the main business income. The expenditure value of members is above the welfare criteria, therefore, the majority of program recipient member households belong to the category of non-poor households. | id |
