dc.description.abstractIKHSANNUL AMAL. Mikoriza Arbuskula pada Padi Gogo Tumpang Sari dengan Bawang Merah. Dibimbing oleh NAMPIAH SUKARNO dan AHMAD JUNAEDI Aplikasi cendawan mikoriza arbuskula (CMA) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi gogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh CMA dan sistem tanam terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif serta produktivitas padi dan bawang merah. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu kombinasi sistem tanam padi dengan bawang merah dan inokulasi CMA. Parameter yang diamati pada padi dan bawang merah ialah persentase kolonisasi CMA, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume dan bobot akar, sedangkan untuk padi terdapat parameter lain yaitu jumlah anakan, bobot batang, helai daun, seludang daun, dan malai, nilai SPAD, kerapatan malai, jumlah butir, persentase gabah isi dan gabah hampa, bobot 100 butir, indeks panen, dan rasio tajuk:akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi CMA dan sistem penanaman tidak memengaruhi pertumbuhan vegetatif tetapi memengaruhi beberapa parameter pertumbuhan generatif tanaman padi seperti bobot malai, persentase gabah isi, indeks panen dan persentase gabah hampa. Kolonisasi CMA pada padi yang ditumpangsarikan dengan bawang merah yang diinokulasi CMA meningkatkan rasio tajuk:akar padi dan tinggi tanaman bawang merah.id
dc.description.abstractIKHSANNUL AMAL. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiosis of Upland Rice Intercropped with Shallots. Supervised by NAMPIAH SUKARNO and AHMAD JUNAEDI Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) application is one of the efforts to increase the upland rice productivity. This study aimed to analyze the effect of AMF application and planting system on the vegetative growth and productivity of rice and shallots. This study used a completely randomized design with one factor, namely a combination of rice planting system with shallots and AMF inoculation. The parameters measured in rice and shallots were plant height, number of leaves, volume and weight of root. Meanwhile, for rice there were additional parameters observed namely number of tillers, weight of stem, leaf blade, leaf sheath, and panicle, SPAD value, panicle density, number of grains, percentage of filled and empty grains, weight of one hundred grains, harvest index, and shoot:root ratio. The results showed that the combination of AMF application and planting system did not affect vegetative growth but did affect several parameters of generative growth of rice such as panicle weight, percentage of filled grain, harvest index and percentage of empty grain. AMF colonization in intercropped rice and shallots increased shoot:root ratio and shallots plant height.id
