dc.description.abstractAn employee work motivation is merely not related to leadership, but also related to either external or internal factors. Research objective were to analyze employee work motivation and leadership style. Regards to relationship among factors, the study emphasized on relationship among external and internal factors, leadership style and employee work motivation. Research method employee was a descriptive co relational method. Sampling method was census method. Population sample was 33 Depok Mall McDonald’s employees. Data was collected by three weeks (July 18 th to August 06th, 2005). Statistical test employed was both Rank-Spearman and Chi- Square statistical tests. Employee work motivation indicated a properly motivated. While leadership style was mostly participatory style. External factors score indicated a satisfaction in working, leadership style related positively significant with employee work motivation. Education and personality factors were significantly related to willingness to cooperate, while reward and responsibility were significantly related to willingness to work hard.id
