      Perakitan Potensiostat Jinjing dan Aplikasinya pada Pengukuran Asam Urat

      Abstract
      Potensiostat merupakan perangkat elektrokimia dengan harga yang cukup tinggi. Komponen elektronik sederhana seperti resistor, kapasitor, dan penguat operasional dapat menjadi penyusun potensiostat jinjing yang dihubungkan dengan Arduino Uno. Penelitian ini bertujuan merakit potensiostat jinjing dan uji coba performanya pada larutan asam urat. Komponen elektronik sederhana dirakit menggunakan printed circuit board yang dihubungkan dengan Arduino Uno dan LabVIEW sebagai perangkat lunak akuisisi data. Potensiostat yang telah dirakit menunjukkan respons arus yang lebih rendah saat diuji dengan sel dummy yang memiliki resistans yang sama. Namun, potensiostat hasil rakitan mampu menunjukkan respons linear pada pengukuran asam urat konsentrasi 100–200 µM dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R 2 ) sebesar 0,9959; 0,9804; dan 0,9987 masing masing untuk pengukuran dengan teknik voltammetri siklik, voltammetri sapuan linear, dan kronoamperometri. Potensiostat rakitan juga memberikan hasil pengukuran dengan nilai perolehan kembali 100 hingga 104,37% saat digunakan untuk menentukan konsentrasi asam urat dalam sampel buatan. Potensiostat rakitan berpotensi digunakan pada pengukuran voltammetri walaupun masih perlu disempurnakan. Kata kunci: Arduino Uno, Asam urat, jinjing, potensiostat, voltammetry
       
      The potentiostat is an electrochemical device with a reasonably high price. Simple electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and operational amplifiers can make up a portable potentiostat connected to the Arduino Uno as a microcontroller. This study aims to construct a portable potentiostat and test its performance in a uric acid solution. The experiment was performed by assembling simple electronic components using a printed circuit board connected to Arduino Uno and LabVIEW as data acquisition software. The assembled potentiostats showed a lower current response when tested using dummy cells with the same resistance. However, the assembled potentiostat showed a linear response to the measurement of uric acid concentrations of 100−200 M with a correlation coefficient (R 2 ) of 0.9959; 0.9804; and 0.9987 for measurements using cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, and chronoamperometry, respectively. The assembled potentiostat also provides measurement results with an accuracy of 100 to 104,37% when used to determine the concentration of uric acid in artificial samples. Although it still has to be improved, the assembled potentiostat has the potency to be used in voltammetric experiments. Keywords: Arduino Uno, portable, potentiostat, uric acid, voltammetry
