dc.description.abstract | Banyaknya peluang terjadinya kecelakaan pada kapal handline khususnya di kolam pelabuhan maka perlu ditentukan tingkatan bahaya. Tingkatan bahaya tersebut dapat mempermudah menentukan skala prioritas antisipasi yang harus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan potensi risiko dan jenis kecelakaan kerja serta memastikan kelengkapan alat keselamatan kerja pada kapal handline di PPS Cilacap. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, serta pengolahan data menggunakan tabulasi nilai dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelompokan matriks risiko pada aktivitas kapal menuju bongkar muat kedalam lima kategori. Kategori sangat tinggi terdiri dari 10 risiko, kategori tinggi 5 risiko, kategori sedang 2 risiko, kategori rendah 3 risiko, dan kategori sangat rendah 0 risiko. Upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko kecelakaan kapal ialah melengkapi kebutuhan dan memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Sarana dan prasarana yang telah diberikan oleh pihak dinas PPS Cilacap berupa life jacket dan pelampung bulat di setiap kapal. Ketersediaan APD tidak dipergunakan dengan baik sehingga perlu adanya penyuluhan dan pengawasan mengenai kedisiplinan nelayan terhadap penggunaan APD yang menjadi upaya mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kapal yang terjadi. | id |
dc.description.abstract | So many chances accidents of the handline ship especially the fishing port pool need to be determined a danger level. There is a level of danger can make it easier to determine priority scale of anticipation that must be done. The purpose of this research to determine potensial risk and type of work accident as well as evaluate completeness safety tools on the handline ship in PPS Cilacap. Data collection was used purposive sampling method. Data processing was used tabulation of values and descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed the grouped risk matrix into five groups, that is low category, medium, and high. The low category have two risks, the extreme category have 10 risks, the high category have 5 risks, the medium category have 2 risks, the low category have 3 risks, and very low category 0 risks. Effort to reduce the chances of accidents on the ship is collect and to wear safety tools (APD). Facilities and infrastructure that has been given by PPS Cilacap is life jacket and float in every ships. Availability APD not used properly so there is a need for counseling and supervisi about the discipline of fishermen to used safety tools which is an effort to reduce the risk of the ship accidents. | id |
