dc.description.abstract | PT. Starfood International merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang
ekspor produk perikanan dengan tujuan pemasaran lokal maupun global. PT.
Starfood International cenderung mengalami penurunan produksi dalam 5 tahun
terakhir. Penurunan terjadi akibat turunnya permintaan dari negara importir,
turunnya jumlah bahan baku, serta persaingan yang meningkat. Secara
keseluruhan permasalahan yang terjadi berkaitan dengan faktor internal dan
eksternal perusahaan terhadap kinerja ekspor perusahaan, sehingga membutuhkan
alternatif strategi dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan
mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal-eksternal yang berpengaruh terhadap
perusahaan dan merumuskan alternatif strategi untuk peningkatan bisnis ekspor
PT. Starfood International. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang
bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan tahap masukan
berupa Evaluasi Faktor Internal dan Eksternal (IFE-EFE), tahap pencocokan
berupa matriks IE dan SWOT, serta tahap pengambilan keputusan berupa matriks
QSP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat masing-masing 10 faktor internal dan
eksternal dengan total nilai skor berturut-turut 3,25 dan 2,89. Hasil analisis
matriks SWOT menunjukkan adanya sembilan alternatif strategi yang
digolongkan berdasarkan empat tipe strategi. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil matriks
QSP, diperoleh prioritas tipe strategi yakni product development dengan TAS
sebesar 6,2; yang dirinci kembali menjadi empat alternatif strategi. | id |
dc.description.abstract | PT. Starfood International is a company engaged in the export of fishery
products to the Asian market. PT. Starfood International has tended to decline in
production in the last five years. The decline was due to a decrease in demand
from importing countries, the number of raw materials, and increased competition.
In general, the problems that occur are related to the company's internal and
external factors in its export business, thus requiring alternative strategies for
developing it. This research aims to identify internal-external factors that will
affect the company and formulate a strategy to improve the export business of PT.
Starfood International. This research uses case study methods, which combine
qualitative and quantitative data. Data processing uses the input stage in the form
of internal and external factor evaluation (IFE-EFE), the matching stage in the
form of an IE and SWOT matrix, and the decision-making stage in the form of a
QSP matrix. The results showed that there were 10 internal and external factors
respectively, with a total score continued of 3,25 and 2.89. The results of the
SWOT matrix analysis show that there are nine alternative strategies classified
based on four types of strategies. Meanwhile, based on the results of the QSP
matrix, the priority type of strategy is product development, with a TAS of 6,2;
