dc.description.abstract | Ikan kembung memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi yang menyebabkan nilai
ekonomi tinggi di Indonesia. Sumber daya ikan bersifat tidak tampak dan mengikuti
dimensi ruang, penyebab ketidakpastian dan resiko dalam perikanan, sehingga
membutuhkan pengelolaan yang tepat. Fluktuasi produksi dan harga menyebabkan
ketidakpastian dalam perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengestimasi tingkat
ketidakpastian produksi dan harga ikan kembung secara temporal yang ditangkap
di perairan Selat Sunda dan Laut Jawa, dan mengidentifikasi upaya pengelolaan
berdasarkan analisis ketidakpastian. Data primer berupa produksi, harga, dan
biologi ikan dikumpulkan pada Maret-April 2021 di Laut Jawa. Data sekunder
diperoleh dari DKP Banten tahun 2009-2018, KUD Mina Fajar Sidik tahun 2018-
2020, dan hasil riset sebelumnya di Selat Sunda. R kanagurta bersifat alometrik
positif, R brachysoma bersifat isometrik, dan R faughni bersifat alometrik negatif.
R. kanagurta dan R. brachysoma dari Laut Jawa periode Maret-April 2021 bersifat
isometrik. Analisis Monte Carlo menyimpulkan bahwa ketidakpastian produksi
dan harga ikan kembung di Selat Sunda lebih rendah dibandingkan di Laut Jawa.
Skil nelayan dan teknologi perlu diperbaiki untuk mengurangi ketidakpastian. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Mackerel (Rastrelliger spp.) has high nutrition, causing high economic
value in Indonesia. The invisible and spacial dynamic of fish resources causes
uncertainty and fisheries risk. Production and price fluctuation are implicated in
fisheries uncertainty. The research objectives are to estimate the uncertainty of
temporary production and price of mackerel captured at Sunda Strait and the Java
Sea, and identify the suitable fisheries management based on fish uncertainty. The
primer data such as daily production and price, and fish biology were collected from
March to April 2021 captured at Java Sea. Secondary data was collected from DKP
Banten on the period 2009-2018, KUD Mina Fajar Sidik period 2018-2020, and
previous research activities at Sunda Strait. R. kanagurta had positive allometric,
R. brachysoma has isometric and R. faughni has a negative allometric growth
pattern. In contrast, both R. kanagurta and R. brachysoma from the Java Sea have
isometric growth pattern. Monte Carlo analysis conclude that both locations have
production and price uncertainty. The production and price uncertainty at Sunda
Strait were lower than at Java Sea. Need the improving of technology and fishermen
skill to anticipate the fisheries risk. | id |
