      Analisis Konsep Zero Runoff pada Kawasan RT 02, Desa Babakan, Kecamatan Dramaga, Bogor

      Abstract
      Perubahan tata guna lahan yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya daya resapan tanah dan curah hujan yang selalu meningkat sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya banjir, membutuhkan suatu upaya khusus untuk mencegah terjadinya hal tersebut. Kawasan RT 02, Desa Babakan, Bogor adalah salah satu kawasan yang tidak luput dari bencana banjir. Penelitian dilakukan di perumahan ini dengan tujuan mendapatkan suatu sistem resapan air hujan untuk mengurangi resiko banjir. Terlebih dahulu dilakukan observasi lapangan, analisis hujan dan pendugaan permeabilitas tanah untuk dijadikan rujukan dalam menentukan desain hidrolika bangunan resapan air. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan matematis untuk menentukan volume banjir, kapasitas resapan dan efektivitas resapan yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debit banjir di Kawasan RT 02 sebesar 1536.28 m3. Untuk mengatasi banjir ini, dapat dibangun sumur resapan di beberapa rumah dan rorak dan diperkirakan dapat mengurangi sekitar 58.24% dari debit banjir yang terjadi atau sekitar 860.63 m3. Selanjutnya, sisa limpasan yang tidak terserap diperkirakan dapat ditampung oleh saluran drainase yang sudah ada.
       
      Changes in land use which results in reduced soil absorption capacity and increased rainfall that has potential to cause flooding requires a special effort to prevent this from happening. Area of RT 02 is one of the residential that was not spared form such disasters. Study was conducted in the residental area with the goal of getting a rainwater infiltration system to reduce the risk of flooding. First of all, field observation, rain analysis and estimating hydrolic conductivity were conduced to be reference in determining hydraulic design of water infiltration building. After that calculations should be done to determine the volume of flooding, infiltration capacity and effectiveness of the resulting infiltration. The research showed that flood charge in area of RT 02 is about 1536.28 m3. To overcome this flooding problem, infiltration wells can be built at some homes and building an infiltration system (check boxes) along the main drainage channel in the residental area. These infiltration systems are estimated to reduce about 58.24% of the flood discharge occurring or about 860.63 m3. Furthermore, the rest of the runoff that is not absorbed is expected to be accommodated by the existing drainage channel.
