Analisis Perbandingan Dua Model SEIRS sebagai Model Penyebaran Penyakit Covid-19
Abstract
In this study, a comparison of two SEIRS models for Covid-19 was carried
out. In the first model, the recovered and infected populations belong to the same
cured group, while in the second model the recovered groups are divided into two
cured groups from two exposed and infected subpopulations. The purpose of this
study is to analyze the stability of the fixed point and the sensitivity of the
parameters in the model, compare the two models to see the behavior of the two
models, and perform numerical simulations to see the differences from the
analysis performed. The stability of the fix point is carried out using the Lyapunov
function. In this study, it is shown that the natural birth rate and natural death rate
affect the basic reproduction number. By performing numerical simulations on the
parameters ρ (rate of an exposed individual becoming a recovered individual), β
(the rate of an infected individual becoming a recovered individual), and κ (the
rate at which symptoms appear in an exposed case, resulting in a transition from
exposure to infection) the results are obtained, there are more population recovers
in model two.
