      Potensi Aliran Air Sungai Ciapus Sebagai Penggerak Pompa Hidram

      Abstract
      Salah satu sumber daya alam yang memiliki peranan penting adalah sungai. Sungai dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber pasokan air bersih, pengairan lahan pertanian dan kebutuhan lainnya. Sungai Ciapus selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal di wilayah persemaian IPB Dramaga, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Diperlukan kajian khusus akan potensi air agar dikemudian hari ketersediaan air tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil penampang Sungai Ciapus dan menghitung potensi debit aliran Sungai Ciapus yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh instansi terkait. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara melakukan pengukuran secara langsung pada badan sungai. Pengumpulan data primer untuk mendapatkan nilai tinggi muka air dan kecepatan aliran, sehingga debit sungai dapat dihitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebar sungai sebesar 22 meter dan bentuk penampang sungai yang relatif berubah. Kedalaman sungai yang terdalam adalah 0,94 meter, sedangkan kedalaman sungai yang terdangkal adalah 0,18 meter. Kedalaman sungai rata-rata sebesar 0,6 meter. Nilai debit maksimum terjadi pada hari ke 9 sebesar 2,98 m3 /detik atau 2.980 L/detik sedangkan nilai debit minimum terjadi pada hari ke 7 sebesar 2,75 m3 /detik atau 2.750 L/detik. Lokasi potensial untuk pemasangan instalasi pompa berada pada koordinat 6o 33' LS dan 106o 43' BT.
       
      One of the natural resources that has an important role is the river. Rivers can serve as a source of clean water supply, irrigation of agricultural land and others. So far, the Ciapus River has not been used optimally in the nursery area of IPB Dramaga, Bogor, West Java. A specific study of water potential is needed so that in the future the availability of water is maintained. The research was conducted to produce a cross-sectional profile of the Ciapus River and calculate the potential discharge of the Ciapus River that can be utilized by the relevant agencies. This research was conducted by measuring directly on the river body. Primary data was collected to get the value of water level, and flow velocity, so the river discharge could be calculated. The results showed that the width of the river was 22 meters and the cross-sectional shape of the river isrelatively changed. The maximum depth of the river was 0,94 meters, while the minimum depth was 0,18 meters. The average river depth was 0,6 meters. The maximum discharge of 2,98 m3 /s or 2.980 L/s was occurred on the 9 thday, while the minimum discharge of 2,75 m3 /s or 2.750 L/s was occurred on the 7 th day. The potential location for pump installation is at coordinates 6o 33' S and 106o 43' E.
