| id |
dc.description.sponsorship | Development disparity is a serious problem to be addressed properly in
every developing country. One of the factors that can eliminate development
disparities between provinces is improving productivity through foreign investment
(FDI). This study aims to analyze the disparity or productivity of provinces in
Indonesia and analyze the effect of FDI on the productivity of provinces in
Indonesia with the research period from 2015-2019. The method used is
quantitative analysis with the approach of Stochastic Frontier Analysis and Fixed
Effect Model. The estimation results show that the highest productivity is in the
Western Indonesia Region, especially the island of Java. In addition, it is also shown
that there is high productivity growth in Eastern Indonesia, especially in North
Maluku Province, and there is quite large growth between provinces in Indonesia.
The results of the regression show that there is no statistical evidence that FDI has
an influence on provincial productivity. | id |
