Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Hutan Rakyat Campuran (Kasus Desa Gunung Bunder 2, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

Desa Gunung Bunder 2 adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bogor yang di dalamnya terdapat hutan rakyat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan usaha hutan rakyat campuran dengan pola yang digunakan di daerah tersebut. Pola usaha hutan rakyat yang digunakan di Desa Gunung Bunder 2, diantaranya adalah hutan rakyat campuran yang ditanami dengan pohon meranti dan tanaman singkong. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Discounted Cash Flow dengan periode 10 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis finansial diperoleh nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp16 693 268, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 2.194, dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 68.613%, maka usaha hutan rakyat campuran di Desa Gunung Bunder 2 layak dilakukan.

Gunung Bunder 2 is one of villages in Bogor Regency in which community forest are located. The aim of this study is to analyze the feasibility of mixed community forest using the scheme applied in the location. The scheme of community forest bussiness applied in Gunung Bunder 2 Village includes mixed community forest which is planted with meranti and cassava. Analysis method used in this study is Discounted Cash Flow method with 10 years period. Based on financial analysis, Net Present Value (NPV) generated is Rp 16 693 268, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) 2.194, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 68.613%, thefore the mixed community forest in Gunung Bunder 2 is feasible to be conducted.
