dc.description.abstractIndonesia adalah negara mega keanekaragaman hayati di dunia termasuk diantaranya adalah spesies air asli. Beberapa spesies asing bisa menjadi masalah bagi keanekaragaman hayati perairan. Lobster karang atau lobster Redclaw, Cherax quadricarinatus, berasal dari habitat air tawar Australia. Sayangnya, C. quadricarinatus juga diidentifikasi sebagai spesies invasif, setelah memiliki populasi liar di beberapa danau di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengestimasi kelimpahan, mengetahui hubungan karakteristik fisika kimia habitat dan merumuskan strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan C. quadricarinatus sebagai spesies asing invasif di Danau Lido, Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2018, Februari 2019 dan Oktober 2019 di Danau Lido, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sekitar kurang lebih empat puluh dua perangkap dipasang di sepanjang tepi danau. Metode Schnabel mark-recapture digunakan dalam menghitung estimasi kelimpahan populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan C. quadricarinatus di Danau Lido pada Oktober 2018 adalah sebesar 2 285 ± 134 individu dan Februari 2019 sebesar 2 595 ± 159 individu. Terdapat perbedaan rasio jenis kelamin antara September 2018 dan Februari 2019 dan berdasarkan uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa dalam dua periode data sampel ditemukan bahwa nisbah kelamin tidak 1:1 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Kondisi kualitas air di danau Lido secara umum mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan C. quadricarinatus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis PCA, parameter yang berpengaruh terhadap keberadaan lobster adalah suhu, DO, pH, kecerahan dan kedalaman. Strategi pengelolaan spesies asing invasif (SAI) C. quadricarinatus di Danaul Lido berdasarkan hasil analisis ANP BOCR adalah Pemanfaatan dengan monitoring dan kontrol SAI. Alternatif ini merupakan kondisi realistic atau yang paling mungkin dilakukan saat ini untuk pengelolaan SAI yang berkelanjutan di Danau Lido. Akan tetapi alternatif inip erlu didukung dengan program pengelolaan jangka panjang yang perlu diatur dalam peraturan kebijakan pemerintah.id
dc.description.abstractIndonesia is a mega country of biodiversity in the world including native water species. Some alien species can be a problem for aquatic biodiversity. Redclaw lobster, Cherax quadricarinatus, comes from Australian freshwater habitat. Unfortunately, C. quadricarinatus is also recognized as an invasive species, after having wild populations in several lakes in Indonesia. This research was conducted to estimate abundance, find out the relationship between physical and chemical characteristics of habitats and formulate sustainable management strategies of C. quadricarinatus as an invasive alien species in Lido Lake, Indonesia. Data was collected in October 2018, February 2019 and October 2019 in Lake Lido, Bogor, West Java. Around forty two traps were set along the lake's line. The Schnabel mark-recapture method is used in calculating population abundance estimates. The results showed that the abundance of C. quadricarinatus at Lido Lake in October 2018 and February 2019 was 2 285 ± 134 and 2 595 ± 159 individuals respectively. There was a slight difference in the sex ratio of C. quadricarinatus between September 2018 and February 2019 but based on the chi-square test showed that in the two periods the sample data was found to be not 1:1 at the 95% confidence level. Water quality conditions in Lido Lake generally support the growth and development of C. quadricarinatus. Based on the results of the PCA analysis, the parameters that influence the presence of lobsters are temperature, DO, pH, transparency and depth. The strategy of invasive alien species (IAS) management of C. quadricarinatus in Lido Lake based on the results of the ANP BOCR analysis is utilization by monitoring and controlling IAS. This alternative is a realistic condition or is most likely done today for sustainable management of IAS in Lido Lake. However, this alternative needs to be supported by a long-term management program that needs to be regulated in government policy regulations.id
