      Formulasi Indeks Kenyamanan Ruang di Kantor Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perancangan dan pembangunan gedung kantor adalah kenyamanan pekerja terhadap gedung tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memformulasikan suatu indeks kenyamanan udara dalam ruang (KUR) dengan mempertimbangkan parameter temperatur, kelembaban relatif, kebisingan, intensitas cahaya, dan kebauan. Pengukuran yang dilakukan yaitu temperatur, tingkat kebisingan dan intensitas cahaya, sedangkan untuk mengukur kesan bau digunakan skala hedonisme kebauan. Pembobotan dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh dari masing-masing parameter berdasarkan 58 responden. Diperoleh faktor pembobot untuk temperatur 0.28, kelembaban relatif 0.16, kebisingan 0.19, intensitas cahaya 0.22, dan kebauan 0.15. Formula indeks KUR merupakan total perkalian antara indeks masing-masing parameter dan nilai faktor pembobotnya. Indeks KUR ditetapkan lima tingkatan, dari sangat nyaman hingga tidak nyaman. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, Ruang Camat dan Ruang Sekretaris Camat mendapatkan indeks KUR 4.1 (sangat nyaman), Ruang Pemerintahan dan Ruang Ekonomi Pembangunan mendapatkan indeks KUR sebesar 3.0 dan Ruang PKK mendapatkan indeks KUR 2.6 (cukup nyaman), serta delapan ruangan lainnya mendapatkan indeks KUR berkisar 3.1-3.8 (nyaman).
       
      The factor that needs to be considered in the design and construction of an office building is worker comfort. This research was conducted to formulate the indoor air comfort index (IAC) by considering the parameters of temperature, relative humidity, noise, light intensity, and odour. Measurements taken are temperature, noise level and light intensity, while to measure odour impression, odour hedonism scale is used. Weighting is carried out to determine the level of influence of each parameter based on 58 respondents. The weighting factors were obtained for temperature 0.28, relative humidity 0.16, noise 0.19, light intensity 0.22, and odour 0.15. The IAC index formula is the total multiplication between the index of each parameter and the weighting factor value. The IAC index is set at five levels, from very comfortable to uncomfortable. Based on the results of the calculation, Sub-district head’s room and Secretary’s room obtained an IAC index of 4.1 (very comfortable), Government’s room and Economic Development’s room obtained an IAC index of 3.0 and PKK room got an IAC index of 2.6 (quite comfortable), and ten other rooms got an IAC index ranging from 3.1-3.8 (comfortable).
