dc.description.abstractKecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara merupakan pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya serta memiliki jumlah penduduk terbanyak di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini menuntut ketersediaan lahan yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan kondisi eksisting dan kebutuhan lahan permukiman, ketersediaan dan kesesuaian lahan permukiman, tingkat perkembangan wilayah, serta arahan prioritas pengembangan kawasan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan adalah perhitungan tabulasi kebutuhan permukiman, analisis ketersediaan dan kesesuaian lahan, analisis skalogram, dan arahan prioritas pengembangan kawasan permukiman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan luas kebutuhan permukiman minimum pada tahun 2019 adalah 49,85 ha. Di lokasi penelitian terdapat 531,02 ha lahan tersedia dan 145,4 ha lahan sesuai untuk pengembangan permukiman. Kelurahan Wek II dan Kelurahan Sadabuan merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat perkembangan terbaik dibandingkan wilayah lainnya. Di lokasi penelitian terdapat 531,95 ha lahan dapat dikembangkan menjadi kawasan permukiman berdasarkan prioritas pengembangannya.id
dc.description.abstractNorth Padangsidimpuan Sub District is the center of economic, social and cultural growth and also having the largest population in Padangsidimpuan City. This requires the availability of sufficient land for settlements needs. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the existing conditions and the need for settlement land, the availability and suitability of settlement land, the level of regional development, and priority directions for the development of settlement areas. The method used are the calculation of the tabulation of settlement needs, analysis of land availability and suitability for settlement, scalogram analysis, and direction of priority development of settlement areas. The results showed that the minimum area for housing needs in 2019 is 49,85 ha. In the research location there are 531,02 ha available and 145,4 ha suitable for settlement development. Kelurahan Wek II and Kelurahan Sadabuan are areas with the best development rates compared to other areas. In the research location, there is 531,95 ha of land that can be developed into settlement areas based on development priorities.id
