Tunda Island is a small island that has accessible resources, inaccessible resources, and environmental services that are potential for development in the marine and fisheries sector. Ecosystem environmental services are utilized in tourism activities with the concept of ecotourism. The development of ecotourism has been going on for decades worldwide, especially in tropical areas with coastal assets such as corals, mangroves and beaches. Information in the form of suitability studies and strategies for the use of mangrove ecosystems, coral reefs and beaches as objects of ecotourism needs to be examined to see if natural resources have not been used effectively and optimally as tourist objects. The suitability study needs to be accompanied by a study of each regional activity carrying capacity to maintain the sustainability of natural resources. The methods used in collecting ecological data are water passes for slope beaches, transect quadrat and spot check to identify mangrove, Underwater Photo Transect (UPT) for identifying coral reefs, and Underwater Visual Census (UVC) for identifying reef fish. The collection of economic data is carried out on tourists, while the collection of social data is carried out to several stakeholders organized both at the local community level, up to the province of Banten. To formulate the Tunda Island marine tourism development plan, it used spatial analysis, carrying capacity analysis, economic analysis, and strategy analysis are used using the Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP). The tourism potential that can be developed is the potential for beach tourism, mangrove tourism potential, snorkeling tourism potential and diving tourism potential. The carrying capacity of beach tourism is 776 people/day, mangrove tourism is 80 people/day, snorkeling tours are 562 people/day and diving tours are 587 people/day. The economic value of willingness to pay by tourists or Willingness to Pay (WTP) is IDR 21 056 198 per year. The key stakeholders of Tunda Island marine tourism are Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Banten Province and Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Tunda Island. The marine tourism development strategy of Tunda Island was arranged using AHP analysis. Developing the marine tourism strategy of Tunda Island was based on ecosystem management priorities by improving the ecosystem, considering carrying capacity, conducting rehabilitation, monitoring and evaluation of ecosystems, improving infrastructure facilities, increasing capacity and empowering communities, integrated management between stakeholders and improving facilities and infrastructure.id
