Terminal Kampung Rambutan has 20,7% higher activity in and out of public transportation compared to the other terminals in Jakarta. Terminal has potential to be a source of air pollutants orginating from motorized vehicles. Incomplete engine combustion will produce emissions that have the potential to pollute the environment. Emissions of motor vehicles contain heavy metals such as lead (Pb). Lead (Pb) produced from motorized vehicles will be mixed into the air and inhaled by road users such as street vendors, pedestrians, motorized drivers, and traffic regulators. The length of contact of road users with polluted air causes road users, especially street vendors who belong to the community group at a high risk of lead exposure (Pb), because they sell their wares on the roadside every day. The aim of this study is to (1) analyze lead levels (Pb) in the blood of street vendors; (2) to analyze the relationship between respondent characteristics and blood lead (Pb) levels, and (3) to identify the impact of accumulated pollutants lead (Pb) on economic factors. This study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and Cost of Illness analysis. The results showed that the majority of street vendors in Kampung Rambutan Terminal mostly (60%) had lead levels exceeding the safe limit that is equal to 10 µg / dL. The characteristics of respondents have a significant effect on lead levels (Pb) in the blood are daily work time and ages. The number of respondent work time in the terminal indicates that the respondent has a long exposure time for lead (Pb), so the longer the lead (Pb) exposure time will significantly impact the lead (Pb) level in the blood. Respondent's age has an effect on the increase in blood lead levels allegedly due to a decrease in physiological function in respondents who have an older age. The negative impact felt by respondents due to lead (Pb) is having symptoms of anemia and additional expenses for treatment and felt directly by 56.67% of the total respondents. The total cost of illness due to lead exposure (Pb) from motor vehicle activity is IDR 13.750.000/ year. IDR 783,484,000/year for treatment outside the hospital and IDR. 2.135.120.000/year for treatment in hospital. This value is the loss that must be borne by the street vendors at Kampung Rambutan Terminal due to lead exposure (Pb).id
