Perancangan Prototipe Modul Peminjaman Buku Personal pada Koper Pustaka Menggunakan Metode Service Design Doing
Abstract
This research focuses on designing a personal book lending module in the
Koper Pustaka application. This application is expected to be a borrowing books
platform to improve literacy because the reading literacy activity index of the
Indonesian people is relatively low. The purpose of this research is to produce a
medium-fidelity prototype of a mobile application based on user experience to be
able to borrow and lend books personally. This research uses the Service Design
Doing method. This method emphasizes the aspects of the user experience and is
human-centered so that users can use the application comfortably and answer
perceived problems. The research stage consists of three-stage, the first is Research,
Ideation, and Prototyping. This research produces a medium-fidelity application
prototype that has gone through an evaluation process with peer review and a testing
process using concurrent think-aloud to five respondents. The success rate in testing
is 90.4%.
