Skor usability aplikasi Thymun sebesar 76.47. Mobile application development must be done by concern about its usability. The measurement aspects of usability, those are usefulness, satisfaction and ease
of use are latent variables that can’t be measured directly, so the appropriate
analysis is Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). SEM
aims to determine the relationship between latent variables and their indicators
and the relationship between latent variables. PLS is an approach to SEM analysis
that doesn’t require the assumption of data distribution and a minimum number of
observations. The measurement of usability of Thymun application is described in
two SEM-PLS models. This research aimed to determine the optimal model and
evaluate the effect of latent variable usefulness, satisfaction and ease of use on the
usability of Thymun application. Data used in this research are the survey data
from Thymun application users that have 44 observations. Purposive sampling
was used as a sampling method. The results showed that the optimal model has R- square value of 0.730 and Q2 value of 0.453 with a Goodness of Fit of 0.958. Usefulness and ease of use variables affect significantly on the error rate of 5%
with path coefficient values of 0.255 and 0.636. Meanwhile, satisfaction variable
does not have a significant effect on the error rate of 5% with a path coefficient
value of 0.058. Thymun application usability score is 76.47.
