Penilaian Sumberdaya Terumbu Karang Untuk Pengelolaan Ekowisata Snorkeling Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu

Abstract

Wisata bahari yang paling populer di Pulau Pramuka adalah wisata snorkeling. Wisata snorkeling di Pulau Pramuka diminati oleh banyak wisatawan dan hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat opsi pengembangan potensi wisata snorkeling dengan pendekatan valuasi ekologi dan ekonomi sumber daya alam. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 di Pulau Pramuka, TNKpS. Analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu IKW (Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata), DDK (Daya Dukung Kawasan), TCM (Travel Cost Method), WTP (Willingness To Pay), dan analisis SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat). Wisata snorkeling di Pulau Pramuka termasuk kategori sesuai (IKW: 2,26) dan nilai DDK sebesar 311 orang perhari. Estimasi penerimaan dikaitkan dengan daya dukung kawasan sebesar Rp. 18.882.054 per hari. Rekomendasi pengelolaan diantaranya rehabilitasi sumber daya dengan melibatkan masyarakat dan penerapan wisata dengan konsep ekowisata.

The most popular marine tourism on Pramuka Island is snorkeling. Tourists have a high interest in snorkeling tours and it affects the sustainability of resources. This study aims to make options for developing the potential for snorkeling tourism with ecological and economic valuation approach to natural resources. This research was conducted in December 2019 in Pramuka Island, TNKpS. The analysis data were TSI (Tourism Suitability Index), CC (Carrying Capacity), TCM (Travel Cost Method), WTP (Willingness To Pay), and SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat). The result showed that snorkeling tours in Pramuka Island were in the suitable category TSI: 2,26) and the CC value was 311 people per day. Estimate of economic was Rp. 18.882.054 per day. Management recommendation are the rehabilitation of resources by involving the community and the application of tourism with the concept of ecotourism.
