Estimasi Nilai Guna Hutan Kota 2 BSD di Kota Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Hutan Kota 2 BSD sebagai ruang terbuka hijau memberikan berbagai layanan Sumber Daya Alam dan Lingkungan (SDAL). Nilai dari SDAL seringkali tidak tercermin dalam nilai pasar sehingga menimbulkan penilaian terhadap SDAL tersebut terlalu rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap kondisi Hutan Kota 2 BSD; (2) Mengestimasi nilai ekonomi wisata dari Hutan Kota 2 BSD; (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah kunjungan ke Hutan Kota 2 BSD; (4) Mengestimasi nilai ekonomi Hutan Kota 2 BSD sebagai penyerap karbon; dan (5) mengestimasi nilai ekonomi Hutan Kota 2 BSD sebagai penghasil oksigen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala likert, travel cost method, regresi Poisson, dan benefit transfer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi wisatawan mengenai kondisi Hutan Kota 2 BSD adalah baik. Hasil estimasi nilai ekonomi wisata diperoleh sebesar Rp 14.018.048.565 per tahun dan terdapat enam faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah kunjungan yaitu, biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, jarak tempuh, lama mengetahui hutan kota, spot foto instagramble, dan persepsi rata-rata wisatawan terhadap kondisi hutan kota. Nilai ekonomi Hutan Kota 2 BSD sebagai penyerap karbon sebesar Rp 572.618.787 per tahun dan nilai ekonomi Hutan Kota 2 BSD sebagai penghasil oksigen sebesar Rp 68.865.869.885 per tahun. Nilai guna dari Hutan Kota 2 BSD diestimasi sebesar Rp 83.456.537.237 per tahun.

City Forest 2 BSD as a green open space provides a variety of natural resources and environmental services. The value of natural and environmental resources is often not reflected in market values and therefore makes the assessment of natural and environmental resources too low. This research intends to (1) Analyze tourist perceptions related to City Forest 2 BSD condition; (2) Approximation the economic value of tourism from City Forest 2 BSD; (3) Identifying all factor that influences the number of visits to City Forest 2 BSD; (4) Calculation the economic value of City Forest 2 BSD as an element sink; and (5) estimate the economic value of City Forest 2 BSD as an oxygen producer. The data analysis method used in this research is the skale likert, travel cost method, Poisson regression, and benefits transfer. The results show that tourist perception about City Forest 2 BSD condition is good. The estimation results of the economic value of tourism amounting to IDR 14.018.048.565 per year also there are six factors that influence the number of visits to City Forest 2 BSD, travel cost, income, distance traveled, long known city forest, instagramble photo spot, and the average perception of the city forest condition. The economic value of City Forest 2 BSD as a carbon sink was IDR 572.618.787 per year and the economic value of City Forest 2 BSD as an oxygen producer was IDR 68.685.869.885 per year. The use-value of City Forest 2 BSD is estimated at IDR 83.456.537.237 per year.
