dc.description.abstractLand-use change due to development continues to increase so that it impacts decreasing infiltration area and increasing surface water runoff. One of the solutions to reduce runoff is to apply green building concepts using infiltration wells. This study aims to design infiltration wells based on greenship new building 1.2 to reduce the volume of rainwater runoff and STP runoff water that has met the quality standards at Jasmine Park Dramaga Bogor Apartment, as well as assessing the green building category of land use at design recognition stage. The results of planning rainwater absorption wells in accordance with the greenship new building version 1.2 showed that it is necessary to make circular infiltration wells with a diameter of 1,5 m and a depth of 5 m. It takes as many as 34 units with an effectiveness value of 99.1%. While the infiltration well for STP effluent water is required as many as 44 units with 100% effectiveness. The result of green building assessment in The Jasmine Park Apartment plan for land use category has reached 64% (11 out of 17 points).id
dc.description.abstractPerubahan tata guna lahan akibat pembangunan terus meningkat sehingga berdampak terhadap penurunan daerah infiltrasi dan peningkatan limpasan air permukaan. Salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi limpasan air permukaan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep green building menggunakan sumur resapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sumur resapan berdasarkan greenship new building versi 1.2 untuk mengurangi volume limpasan air hujan dan air limpasan efluen STP yang telah memenuhi baku mutu pada Apartemen Jasmine Park Dramaga Bogor, serta melakukan penilaian green building kategori tepat guna lahan pada tahap pengakuan desain. Hasil perencanaan sumur resapan air hujan sesuai dengan greenship new building versi 1.2 menunjukkan bahwa perlu dibuat sumur resapan berbentuk lingkaran dengan diameter 1,5 m dan kedalaman 5 m, dibutuhkan sebanyak 34 unit dengan nilai efektifitas sebesar 99,1%. Sedangkan sumur resapan untuk air efluen STP diperlukan sebanyak 44 unit dengan efektifitas 100%. Hasil penilaian green building pada perencanaan Apartemen Jasmine Park kategori tepat guna lahan mencapai 64% (11 dari 17 poin).id
