| Abstract: | Teknologi imobilisasi enzim akan memudahkan pemisahan enzim dari substrat dan produk sehingga enzim dapat digunakan secara berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari proses imobilisasi protease Bacillus pumilus y1 yang diisolasi dari limbah cair tahu sehingga diperoleh sifat-sifat yang baik dan kinetika reaksi protease imobil. Proses imobilisasi dilakukan dengan metode pengikatan silang berdasarkan Stanley et al (1975), dengan menggunakan matriks kitosan sebanyak 1 gram, protease cair 1 ml, buffer borat 10 mM dan pereaksi glutaraldehid sebanyak 0.5 ml. |
