Abstract: Perlakuan delignifikasi hanya mernpercepat laju peruraian substrat dan meningkatkan aktivitas enzim pada tahap- tahap awal, sedangkan pada tahap-tahap selanjutnya medium tanpa perlakuan delignifikasi mampu menghasilkan enzim dengan aktivitas lebih baik.
