Abstract: Pendidikan gizi yang efektif sangat penting bagi siswa SMA untuk membentuk pola makan yang sehat dan meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi. Namun, masih banyak siswa SMA yang memiliki pengetahuan gizi yang rendah dan pola makan yang tidak seimbang. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi dan pola makan siswa SMA. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan media booklet “Isi Piringku”. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media booklet terhadap pemahaman dan pola makan siswa SMA BPK PENABUR BOGOR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media booklet isi piringku terhadap pengetahuan pola makan siswa SMA BPK PENABUR BOGOR dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah pola makan baik pada post-test yang semula berjumlah 37 siswa saat pre-test menjadi 39 pada saat post-test. Terjadi juga peningkatan pengetahuan gizi siswa tingkat pengetahuan baik yang pada pre-test berjumlah 13 siswa menjadi 29 siswa pada saat post-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media booklet “Isi Piringku” terhadap pola makan dan pengetahuan siswa SMA BPK Penabur Bogor.
Effective nutrition education is very important for high school students to form healthy eating patterns and increase nutrition knowledge. However, many high school students still have low nutrition knowledge and unbalanced eating patterns. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the nutrition knowledge and eating patterns of high school students. One effort that can be done is by using the "Isi Piringku" booklet media. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the booklet media on the understanding and eating patterns of high school students at SMA BPK PENABUR BOGOR. The research results show that there is an effect of the "Isi Piringku" booklet media on the knowledge of eating patterns of high school students at SMA BPK PENABUR BOGOR, as evidenced by an increase in the number of good eating patterns in the post-test, which initially numbered 37 students in the pre-test to 39 students in the post-test. There was also an increase in students' nutrition knowledge at the level of good knowledge, which in the pre-test numbered 13 students to 29 students in the post-test. Based on the research results, it was concluded that there is an effect of the "Isi Piringku" booklet media on the eating patterns and knowledge of high school students at SMA BPK Penabur Bogor.
