dc.description.abstractGaya penyutradaraan realisme dalam Pembuatan Video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat Penggunaan Air Bersih PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan. Dibimbing oleh Rici Tri Harpin Pranata, S.KPm., M.Si dan Tasya Camila Hamdani, S.I.Kom., M.Med.Kom. Laporan ini membahas penerapan gaya penyutradaraan realisme dalam pembuatan tiga video iklan layanan masyarakat (ILM) bersama PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor. Tujuan utama proyek adalah mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya penggunaan air bersih melalui media audio-visual yang komunikatif dan menyangkut kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengedukasi, menyosialisasikan, dan mempromosikan pentingnya air bersih melalui media video yang dibuat menggunakan pendekatan penyutradaraan realisme. Tiga video yang diproduksi terdiri dari iklan edukasi, sosialisasi, dan promosi, masing-masing menekankan aspek berbeda dari penggunaan air bersih. Proyek ini berlangsung dari Februari hingga Mei 2025, dimulai dengan tahap pra-produksi yang mencakup brainstorming, penyusunan konsep, penulisan naskah, dan perencanaan teknis. Sutradara menjadi tokoh sentral yang memimpin jalannya produksi dari awal hingga akhir. tiga video ILM dikembangkan: video edukasi yang menjelaskan proses pengolahan air PDAM dari sumber hingga distribusi ke rumah warga; video sosialisasi yang mengangkat isu stunting dan pentingnya penggunaan air bersih selama masa kehamilan; serta video promosi yang membandingkan kualitas air tanah dan air PDAM untuk kegiatan harian seperti mencuci, minum, dan membersihkan rumah. Semua video memiliki durasi antara 2 hingga 3 menit. Selama proses penyutradaraan, teori produksi dari Gerald Millerson digunakan sebagai dasar alur kerja yang terbagi menjadi tiga fase utama: pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. peran sutradara sangat menonjol. Sutradara tidak hanya mengarahkan teknis pengambilan gambar dan ekspresi para talent, tetapi juga menjadi penentu utama dalam pemilihan lokasi, serta menjaga konsistensi gaya visual dan emosional agar tetap realistis dan efektif menyampaikan pesan. Pengambilan adegan proses pengolahan air di IPA Dekeng, atau penggambaran aktivitas warga sehari-hari seperti mencuci motor dan jogging, semua dilakukan dengan pendekatan natural. Pasca-produksi dilakukan dengan penuh detail. Proses editing mempertahankan tone warna yang netral dan natural, penggunaan musik yang minim dan tidak mendominasi, serta pemilihan footage yang benar-benar memperkuat pesan. Video kemudian disebarluaskan melalui media sosial milik PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan dan videotron di titik strategis Kota Bogor seperti halte Trans Pakuan dan pusat keramaian lainnya. Penggunaan dua media ini media sosial yang bersifat interaktif dan videotron yang bersifat visual massal dipilih agar jangkauan pesan menjadi lebih luas dan efektif.-
dc.description.abstractRealism Directing Style in the Production of Public Service Announcement Videos on Clean Water Use by Perumda Tirta Pakuan. Supervised by Rici Tri Harpin Pranata, S.KPm., M.Si. and Tasya Camila Hamdani, S.I.Kom., M.Med.Kom. This report discusses the application of a realism directing style in the production of three public service announcement (PSA) videos with Perumda Tirta Pakuan, Bogor City. The main objective of the project was to educate the public about the importance of clean water use through communicative audio-visual media that relates to everyday life. The goal of this project was to educate, socialize, and promote the importance of clean water through videos created using a realism directing approach. The three videos produced consisted of educational advertisements, socialization, and promotional videos, each emphasizing a different aspect of clean water use. The project ran from February to May 2025, beginning with the pre-production phase, which included brainstorming, concept development, scriptwriting, and technical planning. The director was the central figure, leading the production process from start to finish. Three public relations videos were developed: an educational video explaining the PDAM water treatment process from source to distribution to residents' homes; a socialization video addressing the issue of stunting and the importance of using clean water during pregnancy; and a promotional video comparing the quality of groundwater and PDAM water for daily activities such as washing, drinking, and cleaning. All videos were between 2 and 3 minutes long. Throughout the directing process, Gerald Millerson's production theory was used as the basis for the workflow, which was divided into three main phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. The director's role was prominent. The director not only directs the technical shooting and the expressions of the talent, but also plays a key role in selecting locations and maintaining a consistent visual and emotional style to ensure they remain realistic and effectively convey the message. Scenes depicting the water treatment process at the Dekeng IPA, or depicting daily activities such as washing motorbikes and jogging, are all done with a natural approach. Post-production is meticulously executed. The editing process maintains neutral and natural color tones, minimizes the use of music, and selects footage that truly reinforces the message. The video is then distributed through Perumda Tirta Pakuan's social media channels and videotrons at strategic locations in Bogor City, such as the Trans Pakuan bus stop and other busy areas. The use of these two media, interactive social media and mass-visual videotrons, was chosen to achieve a broader and more effective message reach.-
