Abstract: Indonesia menghadapi tiga masalah gizi utama yaitu gizi kurang, kekurangan zat gizi mikro, dan gizi lebih. Obesitas menjadi ancaman serius bagi kesehatan anak karena dapat menghambat tumbuh kembang, proses belajar, dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit di masa dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh media edukasi kartu kuartet terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa SDN Ciparigi Bogor tentang isi piringku. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental pretestposttest control group. Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (53,5%) dengan rata-rata usia 11 tahun. Masalah gizi tertinggi di SDN Ciparigi kelas V adalah obesitas (15,1%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan sikap (p=0,001). Uji Mann-Whitney pada pengetahuan juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,001), sedangkan pada sikap tidak signifikan (p=0,983). Ini menunjukkan edukasi efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan sikap antar kelompok.
Indonesia faces three major nutritional problems: undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and overnutrition.. Obesity is a serious threat to children's health, as it can hinder growth and development, affect learning processes, and increase the risk of diseases in adulthood. This study aims to analyze the effect of quartet card educational media on the changes in knowledge and attitudes of students at SDN Ciparigi Bogor regarding the “Isi Piringku” concept. The research used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The majority of respondents were female (53.5%) with an average age of 11 years. The most prevalent nutritional problem among 5th-grade students at SDN Ciparigi was obesity (15.1%). The Wilcoxon test showed a significant improvement in knowledge and attitude (p = 0.001). The Mann-Whitney test also indicated a significant difference in knowledge (p = 0.001), but no significant difference in attitude (p = 0.983). These results suggest that the educational intervention effectively improved knowledge, but did not significantly affect attitude changes between groups.
