| Abstract: | Aplikasi Fatsecret dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memanajemen berat badan seperti obesitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh user experience terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi Fatsecret di Bogor. Desain yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan populasi pengguna aplikasi Fatsecret dan berdomisili di Bogor. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data primer berupa tujuan dan penggunaan aplikasi Fatsecret, serta pengalaman penggunanya berdasarkan dimensi user experience dan kepuasan pengguna menggunakan kuesioner, lalu data sekunder berupa tinjauan pustaka melalui pencatatan arsip dan data dari pihak lain. Data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif dan PLS-SEM. Hasil pengaruh user experience terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada uji path coeficient mendapatkan nilai T-statistics 28,0009, nilai P-values 0,000, nilai original sample mendapatkan hasil positif yaitu 0,804. Secara keseluruhan, hasil dari data responden menunjukkan bahwa user experience memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu dapat dilakukan wilayah yang lebih luas, mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan dan mengkolaborasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. The Fatsecret application can be an alternative for managing body weight, such as obesity. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of user experienceon user satisfaction with the Fatsecret application in Bogor. The study employs across-sectional design with a population consisting of Fatsecret users residinginBogor. The data collected includes primary data, which covers the purpose anduse of the Fatsecret application, as well as user experience based onuser experience dimensions and user satisfaction through a questionnaire. Secondarydata is obtained from literature reviews through archival records and data fromother sources. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM. Theeffect of user experience on user satisfaction, as tested through path coefficient analysis, resulted in a T-statistic value of 28.0009, a P-value of 0.000, andapositive original sample value of 0.804. Overall, the respondents data indicate that user experience has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.
