dc.description.abstractDi era modern, anak-anak semakin terpengaruh berbagai pilihan makanan dan minuman, termasuk minuman kemasan tinggi gula. Konsumsi berlebihan minuman kemasan dapat meningkatkan risiko diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi menggunakan flipchart terhadap pengetahuan serta mengetahui penerimaan terhadap media flipchart. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain pre-experimental dengan populasi siswa kelas 5 SD. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan, yaitu data primer berupa karakteristik responden, tingkat pengetahuan, dan daya terima terhadap media. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan SPSS 29.0. Hasil karakteristik subjek yaitu (57,1%) perempuan dan (42,9%) laki-laki dengan usia rata-rata yaitu 11 tahun. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan subjek setiap intervensi yang dilakukan (p <0,001). Rata-rata skor pada pretest 73,5± dengan (SD=9,1) dan meningkat pada posttest 1 92,5± dengan (SD=6,4) dan mengalami peningkatan kembali menjadi pada posttest 2 yaitu 98,5± dengan (SD=3,9). Penerimaan siswa terhadap media edukasi secara keseluruhan sangat positif dengan (88%) menunjukkan flipchart dapat diterima dengan sangat baik.-
dc.description.abstractIn this modern era, children are increasingly influenced by various food and drink options, including sugary packaged drinks. Excessive consumption of packaged drinks can elevate the risk of diabetes mellitus. This study aims to analyze the effect of education using flipchart media on the improvement of knowledge and to assess elementary school children’s acceptance of the media. The design employed is a pre-experimental design with a population of fifth-grade elementary school students. The primary data collected included respondent characteristics, knowledge levels, and media acceptance. The data were analyzed statistically using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS 29.0. The results of the subject characteristics indicate that 57.1% are female and 42.9% are male, with an average age of 11 years. Results revealed a significant increase in knowledge at each intervention stage (p <0,001). The average pretest score was 73,5± (SD = 9,1), which increased to 92,5± (SD = 6,4) in posttest 1, and further improved to 98,5± (SD = 3,9) in posttest 2. Overall, students acceptance of the educational media was highly positive, with 88% indicating that the flipchart was well received and deemed appropriate.-
