Abstract: SHAFIRA KUSUMANINGSIH. Efektivitas TikTok sebagai Media Edukasi Gizi dalam Peningkatan Pengetahuan Anemia pada Remaja Putri. Dibimbing oleh VIETA ANNISA NURHIDAYATI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas media TikTok sebagai sarana edukasi gizi dalam pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group, pre-test, dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan setelah intervensi, dibuktikan dengan uji Wilcoxon. Skor rata-rata pengetahuan responden meningkat dari 68,00 pada pre-test menjadi 95,60 pada post-test. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,005, mengonfirmasi perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test. Media TikTok terbukti relevan, menarik, dan mudah diakses sebagai platform edukasi gizi. TikTok mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran remaja terhadap pencegahan anemia dengan format konten kreatif dan berbasis referensi yang valid. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penggunaan TikTok sebagai media edukasi kesehatan. Kata Kunci: TikTok, efektivitas, anemia, pre-eksperimental
SHAFIRA KUSUMANINGSIH. The Effectiveness of TikTok as a Nutritional Education Medium in Improving Knowledge of Anemia Among Adolescent Girls. Supervised by VIETA ANNISA NURHIDAYATI. This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of TikTok as an educational medium for improving nutritional knowledge related to anemia prevention among adolescent girls. The study utilized a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The findings demonstrated a statistically significant increase in knowledge following the intervention, as indicated by the Wilcoxon test. The mean knowledge score of respondents increased from 68.00 during the pre-test to 95.60 in the post-test. The Wilcoxon test yielded a significance value of <0.005, confirming a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. TikTok was found to be a relevant, engaging, and accessible platform for delivering nutritional education. Its creative and evidence-based content effectively enhanced adolescents’ comprehension and awareness of anemia prevention.
