| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penguatan dan pengembangan model bisnis produk olahan permen susu yang berkelanjutan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Triple Layer Businnes Model Canvas (TLBMC), Plus Minus Implication Analysis (PMIA), dan analisis finansial untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari bisnis yang akan dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap lapisan elemen pada TLBMC permen susu tergambarkan secara jelas berdasarkan lapisan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Untuk mengoptimalkan dalam melakukan perbaikan lanjutan pada model bisnis perlu dilakukannya pengembangan lebih dulu pada skor yang memperoleh hasil kecil yaitu pada lapisan ekonomi sebesar 100 dengan mengembangkan channels. Pengembangan produk permen susu dikatakan layak dengan analisis PMIA dan analisis finansial menggunakan perhitungan kriteria investasi untuk proyeksi 1-10 tahun ke depan. Dengan adanya pengembangan dari setiap lapisan TLBMC dan juga analisis finansial memberikan hasil bahwa permen susu menghasilkan keuntungan dan bisnis sustainability dalam lingkup ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to provide an overview of the strengthening and development of a sustainable milk candy business model. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis used is the Triple Layer Businnes Model Canvas (TLBMC), Plus Minus Implication Analysis (PMIA), and financial analysis to determine the feasibility of the business to be developed. The results showed that each layer of elements in the TLBMC of milk candy was clearly described based on the economic, environmental, and social layers. To optimize in making further improvements to the business model, it is necessary to first develop the score that obtained a small result, namely in the economic layer of 100 by developing channels. The development of milk candy products is said to be feasible with PMIA analysis and financial analysis using the calculation of investment criteria for projections for the next 1-10 years. With the development of each layer of TLBMC and also financial analysis, the results show that milk candy generates profits and business sustainability in the economic, environmental and social spheres. | - |
