dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem premi panen dan menganalisis pengaruh premi panen pada kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan panen di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2024 di Gunung Kemasan Estate Desa Sejakah, Kabupaten Kotabaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 57 responden. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa sistem panen dilokasi penelitian adalah sistem panen C1R2 dimana dalam pekerjaan panen dilakukan by team dengan 1 tim terdiri dari 3 orang (1 cutter, 1 picker, 1 carrier). Pembayaran premi panen kepada karyawan memiliki perbedaan tiap pekerjaannya. Premi panen berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, namun hasil dari R2 pengaruh sistem premi panen pada kinerja hanya bisa dijelaskan sebanyak 38% dan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebanyak 38,8% dimana sisanya diduga tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.-
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze the harvest premium system and analyze the effect of harvest premium on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees at the research location. This research was conducted from January to May 2024 at Gunung Kemasan Estate, Sejakah Village, Kotabaru Regency. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 57 respondents. The conclusion obtained is that the harvesting system in the research location is the C1R2 harvesting system where the harvesting work is carried out by team with 1 team consisting of 3 people (1 cutter, 1 picker, 1 carrier). Payment of harvest premiums to employees has a difference for each job. Harvest premiums have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, but the results of R2 the effect of the harvest premium system on performance can only be explained as much as 38% and employee job satisfaction as much as 38.8% where the rest is thought not to be explained in this research.-
