Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah terhadap kejadian berat badan lahir rendah di Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian observasional analitik pendekatan retrospektif dalam rancangan studi cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 ibu dari bayi yang berusia dibawah satu tahun di Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Hasil uji chi-square terdapat hubungan karakteristik ibu pada usia kehamilan terhadap kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Hasil uji korelasi spearman rank berkorelasi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah terhadap kejadian berat badan lahir rendah di Kecamatan Bogor Utara dengan nilai r=0,898** dan hasil uji regresi sederhana bahwa berat badan bayi saat lahir bertambah sebesar 0,924 bila ibu selama hamil patuh mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah setiap satu tablet dalam sehari. Rekomendasi tindak lanjut yang berupa pemberian leaflet dan buku pemantauan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah kepada ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah.
This study aims to analyze the compliance of consumption of blood supplement tablets on the incidence of low birth weight in North Bogor District. Quantitative research design with analytic observational research method with retrospective approach in cross-sectional study design. The study was conducted on 100 mothers of infants under one year old in North Bogor District. The results of the chi-square test showed a relationship between maternal characteristics at gestational age and compliance with taking blood supplement tablets. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test showed a significant relationship between adherence to taking blood supplement tablets and the incidence of low birth weight in North Bogor District with a value of r=0.898** and the results of a simple regression test that the baby's weight at birth increased by 0.924 if the mother during pregnancy was obedient to taking blood supplement tablets every one tablet a day. Follow-up recommendations in the form of leaflets and monitoring books for taking blood supplement tablets to pregnant women to increase compliance with taking blood supplement tablets.
