Increasing environmental concerns among consumers have led to green consumer behavior characterized by the consumption of environmentally friendly products, including edible packaged food products. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and environmental concerns, on the purchase intention of edible packaged food products using the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (ETPB) approach and analyze its relationship with the sociodemographic characteristics of respondents. By using the online questionnaire distribution method, through purposive sampling technique, this study involved 143 Jabodetabek residents whose data were processed using the Spearman Rank test and PLS-SEM analysis tools. The results showed a significant positive relationship between married status and all five latent variables; education, income, and expenditure with perceived behavioral control and environmental concern; there was also a negative correlation between community participation and environmental concern. This study also confirmed the significant and positive influence of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and environmental concern on the purchase intention of edible packaged food products.
