dc.description.abstract | Indonesia is a country that contains such vast amounts of natural beauty. Curup Tenang waterfall is one of them, located in Muara Enim Distric, South Sumatra Province. This waterfall is one of the biggest natural tourism spot in South Sumatra Province with a great potential to be further developed. The uniqueness and the beauty of the nature in this area became a crucial factor for the tourism area development. However, there was still some problems exist in this area, such as poor accessibility and lack of tourism area planning. A natural tourism based landscape planning is needed to maximize the existing potential and give benefits to the surrounding areas. The research refers to Gold’s planning method (1980) which has been modified from inventory, analysis, synthesis, and planning. The result of this research is a landscape plan that includes plans for spaces, facilities, activities, circulation, and vegetation. The space plans are divided into three areas, that are reception, service, and tourism areas. The tourism area includes Botanical Garden, Agricultural area, Recreation, Fisheries, and Camping ground. | id |
