| dc.description.abstract | This research was aimed to describe the poverty profile in Lampupg province and design an appropriate extension approach. Questionnares were used in surveying 360 households, living in developing and developed villages in Lampung. Based on the level of living requirements fulfilled, poverty was categorised as follows: (1) Ahnost not poor (index >0,67) 10,0 percent (2) Poor (index 0,34-0.66) 78,6 percent, and (3) Very poor (index 0,33)11,4 percent. Fulfilment of level of living requirement correlated significantly with the condition of economic structure. behaviour and individual characteristics. | |
